Upon previous notice and hearing the Board may suspend, for a term of not more than one (1) year, the license of any automotive technician who:\n(a) Has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.\n(b) Has tried to obtain or has helped another person to obtain a license through fraud or deceit.\n(c) Has incurred in gross incompetence in the practice of the trade in prejudice of a third person.\nHistory —May 25, 1972, No. 40, p. 83, § 7, eff.
