For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning expressed hereinbelow, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n(a) Automotive technician. — Shall mean every person licensed to practice the trade as provided in §§ 2131—2144 of this title.\n(b) Automotive mechanic. — Shall mean every person licensed to practice the trade as provided in §§ 2131—2144 of this title.\n(c) Association. — Shall mean the Puerto Rico Automotive Technicians and Mechanics Association whose creation is authorized by this chapter.\n(d) Board. — Shall mean the Board of Examiners of Automotive Technicians created by virtue of §§ 2131—2144 of this title.\nHistory —June 30, 1986, No. 50, p. 164, § 1, eff. 60 days after June 30, 1986.
