The directors of the Association shall consist of a president, a vicepresident, a secretary, a treasurer, an auditor and eight (8) members who shall be the chairmen of the senatorial district delegations. History —June 30, 1986, No. 50, p. 164, § 6, eff. 60 days after June 30, 1986.
