The regulations shall provide for whatever is not foreseen by this chapter including that which pertains to the functions, duties and procedures of all its bodies and officials; regular and special notice of meetings; dates, quorums, format and requirements of general assemblies and sessions of the Board of Directors; elections of directors; standing committees; budget, or investment of funds and disposition of the Association’s assets, and the terms of all offices, declaration of vacancies and the manner of filling them.
