Members of the Association shall pay annual dues on the date or in the manner provided by the regulations, the amount of which shall be [set] by a provision of the members General Assembly. The quorum required to [set] dues shall be of not less than five percent (5%) of the total active members. When a modification of the amount of the dues is to be considered, it shall so be included in the notice of the assembly as one of the matters to be considered, and in such cases the Association’s members must be given at least thirty (30) days prior notice.
