The persons entitled to practice as medical technologists in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby constituted into an artificial entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of 'College of Medical Technologists of Puerto Rico', with domicile at San Juan, Capital of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, provided that the majority of the medical technologists so resolve in a referendum which shall be held for the purpose as hereinafter provided.\nHistory —May 30, 1972, No. 44, p. 96, § 2.
