Ninety (90) days after the first General Assembly is held and the first Board of Directors of the College of Medical Technologists of Puerto Rico has been elected, no medical technologist who is not a member of the College may practice the profession of medical technologist in Puerto Rico, and if any person should so practice he shall be subject to the penalties provided hereinafter.\nHistory —May 30, 1972, No. 44, p. 96, § 6.
