The bylaws shall provide for everything which has not been provided for in this chapter including everything concerning the functions, duties, and proceedings of all its bodies and officials, calls, dates, quorum, form and requirements of the general, regular and special assemblies and meetings of the Board of Directors; election of directors and officials; special and standing committees; budgets; investment of funds and disposal of property of the College of Medical Technologists of Puerto Rico; terms for all offices, creation of vacancies and manner of filling them.\nHistory —May 30, 1972, No. 44, p. 96, § 12.
