All professionals entitled to practice the nutrition and dietetics profession in Puerto Rico, provided a majority of them shall so determine in a referendum to be held for that purpose as hereinafter provided in subsection (a) of § 19 of this act, are hereby constituted into a juridic body or quasi-public corporation under the name of the College of Nutritionists and Dietitians of Puerto Rico, with domicile where the initial General Assembly of the College may determine.\nHistory —May 31, 1972, No. 82, p. 190, § 10; July 23, 1974, No. 124, Part 1, p. 556, § 12.
