Any holder of a license under the provisions of §§ 151—169 of this title shall be bound to comply with the laws relative to the control of contagious or infectious diseases, and it shall be the duty of such licensee to submit such cases to the Department of Health or to a doctor in medicine duly authorized to practice in Puerto Rico.
