The Secretary of State shall enter in a record book the number and date of each license issued by the Board, the complete name of the authorized person, the place and date of his birth, and any other information which the Board may deem necessary. The production of this book in a court of justice shall be prima facie evidence to determine whether or not a person has been authorized to practice. History —May 15, 1952, No. 493, p. 1062, § 13.
