Upon proof, by evidence satisfactory to the Board, that a license has been lost, stolen, defaced or destroyed, the Board may, upon payment of a fee of five dollars ($5), issue a duplicate of the original license. History —May 15, 1952, No. 493, p. 1062, § 14.
