An interior designer/decorator license shall be issued immediately to all persons holding an interior designer/decorator license in Puerto Rico as of the date of effectiveness of this act.\nNo person shall practice or offer to practice as interior designer/decorator in Puerto Rico after one year counting from the effective date of this act, unless he/she holds a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —June 8, 1973, No. 125, p. 501, § 2; Dec. 21, 1995, No. 243, § 3; Aug. 12, 1998, No. 231, § 2.
