Every person whose license has been suspended or revoked by the Board may appeal to the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico, San Juan Part, by means of a review procedure.\nThe appellant party may first request, within a term of thirty (30) days of having been notified by the Board of its adverse resolution against him, the reconsideration of the resolution of the Board.
