No person other than the members of the College may exercise the profession of interior designer-decorator in Puerto Rico. The Board of Examiners of Interior Designers-Decorators of Puerto Rico shall not issue or renew any license to practice the profession of interior designer-decorator to any person who is not a member of the College.
