The bylaws shall provide for whatever has not been provided in this subchapter and is necessary for the faithful compliance with the purposes for which the College is established, including, among other things, everything relative to the procedure for admission; functions; duties and proceedings of all its organizations and officers; calls, dates, quorum, form and requirements of the General Assemblies and meetings of the Governing Board; elections of directors and officers, standing committees; term of all offices, creation of vacancies and manner of filling them; budgets, investment of funds and disposal of property of the College.\nHistory —June 3, 1976, No. 131, p. 378, § 7, renumbered as § 8 on Aug. 14, 1998, No. 244, § 9.
