Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment in jail for a minimum term of three (3) months, or a maximum term of one year, or by both penalties, [at] the discretion of the court.\nHistory —June 3, 1976, No. 131, p. 378, § 10, renumbered as § 11 on Aug. 14, 1998, No. 244, § 9.
