With regard to licenses or certifications, the Department of State shall fix through regulations the fees payable for examination, issuing, renewal, registration and duplicates thereof. It shall likewise provide through regulations all that concerns the way in which said fees shall be paid.\nAs to the amount collected for registration, the Board shall annually compute and certify to the Department of State the amount to be remitted to the Appraisal Subcommittee, pursuant to the provisions of Title XI of the federal law, from the minimum portion required by law and the applicable federal regulations.\nThe funds collected from the various items consigned in this section shall be covered into the General Fund.
