Fifteen (15) days after the hearing is held, or before, the Board shall issue its decision, which shall be notified by registered mail to the interested party and his counsel. The party adversely affected by the decision may request of the Board its reconsideration within a term of five (5) days following the receipt of the decision. If the Board does not set a date to debate the motion of reconsideration or if it rejects same within the five (5) days following its receipt, the reconsideration shall be considered denied.\nHistory —July 31, 1974, No. 277, Part 2, p. 326, § 12(E), retroactive to July 1, 1974.
