The Board shall grant a health services administrator license to any person who approves a test pursuant to the norms adopted thereby through regulations and who, in addition, meets all other requirements established by § 2356 of this title. Aspirants shall file with the Board an application for license by filling out the official form, with the information and documents determined by the Board.
