The Board shall administer tests at least twice (2x) a year, on the date and at the place the same so determines. Such tests shall evaluate aspirants admitted in subjects such as: theory on health services administration, organizational conduct, finances and accounting in the health field, economics in the health field, legal aspects in the health field, systems to render health services, sociological and epidemiological aspects of public health, decisional analysis in health services, and any other subject that the Board provides for through regulations or believes necessary; and they shall be proctored in the manner the Board provides for through regulations.\nHistory —May 30, 1975, No. 31, p. 63, § 7; June 24, 2004, No. 165, § 6.
