Every person who practices the profession of health service administrator without being legally authorized therefor or who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than one (1) month or more than six (6) months, or both penalties, at the discretion of the court.\nAny person who employs another person, be it without pay, for a fee, salary, per diem or compensation paid directly or indirectly, to practice the profession of health service administrator without being legally authorized to do so, or who consents to or accedes to, or allows or approves that it be done shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each day during which the violations continued to exist, or imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than one (1) month or more than six (6) months, or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
