The Board is hereby authorized to issue licenses without examination to those applicants holding licenses as health service administrators issued in any state of the United States of America where equal treatment is given to persons licensed by the Board in Puerto Rico and with which the Board has established reciprocity relations, if in the judgment of the Board, the applicant meets the requirements requested by this chapter and the bylaws approved by the Board hereunder.\nHistory —May 30, 1975, No. 31, p. 63, § 10, eff. six months after May 30, 1975.
