The Health Services Administrators of Puerto Rico are hereby authorized to perform as such in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, to be constituted as a juridical entity under the name of the Health Services Administrators College of Puerto Rico, provided that the majority so agrees in a Referendum that shall be held to such effects, as provided hereinbelow.
