The Regulations shall provide all that is needed to enforce this chapter, including the functions, duties and proceedings of the bodies and officials; summons, dates, quorum, manner and requirements of the general, regular and special assemblies and the sessions of the Governing Board; elections of directors and officials, standing and special committees; dues, budget, investment of funds and disposal of assets of the College; terms of all offices, statements of vacancies and the manner of filling them.\nHistory —Feb. 23, 1990, No. 2, p. 33, § 8.
