Sixty (60) days after the first General Constituent Assembly is held and the first Governing Board of the College is elected, no health services administrator shall practice his/her profession in Puerto Rico who is not a member of the College, and if he/she should practice it, shall be subject to the penalties provided hereinbelow.\nHistory —Feb. 23, 1990, No. 2, p. 33, § 10.
