The following terms shall have the meaning stated below:\n(a) Electronic equipment repair and maintenance technique. — Means the diagnostic, repair and maintain in excellent working conditions of electronic equipment.\n(b) Electronics technician. — Means the person duly authorized pursuant to this chapter to practice the electronic equipment repair and maintenance technique.\n(c) Board. — Means the Electronic Technicians Examining Board hereby created.\n(d) College. — Means the College of Electronics Technicians hereby created.\n(e) The singular number includes the plural and the masculine gender includes the feminine.\nHistory —June 30, 1975, No. 99, p. 295, § 2; Aug. 11, 2000, No. 152, § 3.
