Members of the Board shall meet the following requirements:\n(a) To be of legal age;\n(b) to be residents of Puerto Rico, and have practiced as an electronic technician or have possessed a license as a radio and television technician, or a combination of both, for a term of no less than three (3) years at the time of their appointment, and\n(c) not having been convicted of a felony or any other crime that implies moral depravation.\nHistory —June 30, 1975, No. 99, p. 295, § 5; July 12, 1979, No. 93, p. 233; Aug. 11, 2000, No. 152, § 5.
