The Board shall deny the granting of a license of electronics technician, after notice and hearing, to any person who:\n(a) Tries to obtain a license by fraud or deceit;\n(b) does not meet the requirements hereby established to obtain the license, and\n(c) is mentally disabled, or alcoholic or drug addict, pursuant to official and confidential information obtained by the Board.\nHistory —June 30, 1975, No. 99, p. 295, § 15, retroactive to Jan. 1, 1975; Aug. 11, 2000, No. 152, § 1.
