The Board shall keep up to date the following registries which shall be available for public inspection:\n(a) Registry of Licenses Issued.\n(b) Registry of Licenses Denied.\n(c) Registry of Licenses Temporarily Suspended or Permanently Revoked.\n(d) Registry of Renewal of Licenses Denied.\n(e) Registry of Temporary Licenses.\nEach registry shall contain succinctly the data that the Board deems necessary for public information, but in cases of denial to renew a license and of temporary suspension or permanent revocation of a license there shall be stated the reasons that gave rise to the Board’s action.\nHistory —June 30, 1975, No. 99, p. 295, § 16, retroactive to Jan. 1, 1975.
