One (1) year after the denial, revocation or denial of renewal of a license has elapsed, the interested party may request the Board to grant him a new opportunity to prove that he has rehabilitated himself and that the cause or causes which gave rise to the denial, revocation or denial of renewal of the license has or have disappeared. The Board, within thirty (30) days following the petition, shall make a determination which it shall notify in writing by registered mail with return receipt requested to the interested party. Should the determination of the Board be adverse, the interested party may avail himself of the administrative and judicial proceedings established in § 2420 of this title.\nHistory —June 30, 1975, No. 99, p. 295, § 21, retroactive to Jan. 1, 1975.
