The Board shall charge the following fees as so determined by the Department of State by virtue of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3:\n(a) For each examination;\n(b) for the first license of electronics technician;\n(c) for renewal of the license of electronics technician:\n(d) for duplicate of any license;\n(e) for provisional license;\n(f) for special license;\nThe Board shall charge a surcharge of one hundred percent (100%) of the renewal fee to any person who applies for the renewal of said license ninety (90) days after its expiration date, the surcharge shall increase to two hundred percent (200%) after an analogous period of one hundred and eighty-eight days (180). After twelve (12) months have elapsed after the expiration date of the license without it being renewed, the Board shall deny its renewal. In such case, the person interested in obtaining an electronics technician license shall comply with all the requirements provided for in § 2410 of this title; Provided, in addition, That any person who holds a license for radio and television technician, or for electronics technician, may benefit from the provisions of § 2410 of this title.\nHistory —June 30, 1975, No. 99, p.
