Any person who practices the electronic equipment repair and maintenance technique, or who announces or pretends to be an electronics technician without holding a license in force and issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be quilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, punished with a fine of no less that one hundred dollars ($100) no greater than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in jail for a term of no less than one (1) month nor greater than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.\nHistory —June 30, 1975, No. 99, p. 295, § 43, renumbered as § 30 by § 12 and amended by § 22 on Aug. 11, 2000, No. 152.
