All massage businesses shall notify the Department of Health, in writing, of any legal action (civil or criminal) related to the operation of the massage business, its owner, employees, officials, directors, or any salaried personnel, within ten (10) days after the massage business, its owner, employees, officials, directors, or any salaried personnel has filed legal action or has been notified of a legal process. The massage business shall remit an official copy of the petition or complaint that has been filed in court with the written notification.
