If the Board should find that a massage therapist has incurred one or more of the abovementioned faults [in § 181 of this title], it may impose one or more of the following disciplinary measures:(a) Deny the license to the applicant.(b) Revoke and/or suspend his/her license. Any person whose license has been suspended or revoked by the Board shall return it to the Board. If the suspended or revoked license has been lost, the person shall establish this fact for the record by means of a sworn statement. The Board shall publish the suspension or revoking of said license within seven (7) days subsequent to the decision.(c) Issue a reprimand or censure for the record.(d) Impose a separate administrative fine, as provided in Act No. 137 of July 1, 1975, as amended, for each of the charges and/or offenses.
