The Board is hereby authorized to establish reciprocity agreements on:(a) The granting of licenses without examination directly with several states or territories of the United States, or any foreign country in which substantially similar requirements to those set forth in this chapter, are required to obtain a massage therapist license, and in which a similar concession is provided for persons licensed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(b) Prior residence of six (6) months.
