Three (3) members of the Board shall constitute quorum. The agreements of the Board shall be approved by the majority vote of those present. The Board shall adopt bylaws for its operations and shall hold at least one (1) meeting each trimester of the calendar year for the consideration and resolution of its affairs. It may also hold any other meetings that are needed for the prompt achievement of its duties and affairs.
