The Board may charge the following fees:\n(a) $ 200 for each revalidation examination.\n(b) $ 250 for each original license issued.\n(c) $ 20 for a duplicate of a lost or misplaced license.\n(d) $ 250 for the triennial renewal of the doctor [of] naturopathy license.\nThe fees provided herein shall not be reimbursed and may be altered by a resolution of the Board. The applicant shall deliver to an official of the Board a certified check or postal money order drawn to the order of the Secretary of the Treasury in the amount of the fee to be paid.
