The Board may charge the following fees:\n(a) $ 200 for each revalidation examination.\n(b) $ 250 for each original license issued.\n(c) $ 20 for a duplicate of a lost or misplaced license.\n(d) $ 250 for the triennial renewal of the naturopath license.\nThe fees provided herein shall not be reimbursed and may be altered by a resolution of the Board. The applicant shall deliver a certified check or postal money order drawn to the order of the Secretary of the Treasury to an official of the Board in the amount of the fee to be paid.
