It shall be the obligation and responsibility of all licensed naturopaths to display in a visible place in his/her office and inform and to give a notice to every person who requests his/her services for them to read, that he/she is not a doctor in medicine and that he/she uses techniques, therapies and treatments that are different from those of conventional medicine.\nHistory —Dec. 30, 1997, No. 211, § 18, eff.
