The draftsmen duly licensed by the Board of Examiners of Draftsmen of Puerto Rico are hereby authorized, provided the majority thereof so agree by referendum that shall be held to that effect as hereinafter provided, to be constituted in a legal entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of the Puerto Rico College of Draftsmen with official domicile in the metropolitan area of San Juan.\nHistory —May 21, 1976, No. 54, p. 140, § 2, eff. 90 days after May 21, 1976.
