Members of the College shall be all draftsmen who are legally admitted to practice the profession in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and who comply with the duties imposed on them by this chapter and with the bylaws approved by the College.\nHistory —May 21, 1976, No. 54, p. 140, § 4, eff. 90 days after May 21, 1976.
