The Board of Examiners of Draftsmen shall be composed of five (5) members who shall be appointed by the Governor of Puerto Rico, with the advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be draftsmen duly authorized by law to actively practice that profession, and members of the College of Draftsmen.\nThe Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico may request suggestions and recommendations from the College for the selection and appointment of the members of the Board.
