The Board may issue a license without examination to practice draftsmanship to any person holding an analogous license issued by any state or territory of the United States of America where, in the opinion of the Board, similar requirements to those provided herein are required and where in turn the same rights have been granted to persons having a license issued by the Board created herein.\nHistory —May 21, 1976, No. 54, p. 140, § 25; Sept. 22, 2004, No. 425, § 11.
