The Examining Board shall prescribe the rules and conditions for the admission of candidates to examination, with the sole limitation that said rules shall be uniform.\nThe Board shall offer annually at least two (2) examinations to applicants for a draftsman’s license. It shall have discretion to hold more examinations if it deems it necessary and to [set] the date and place where such examinations shall be held.\nThe holding of such examinations shall be published in a prominent advertisement in two (2) newspapers of general circulation for two (2) consecutive days.\nHistory —May 21, 1976, No. 54, p. 140, § 26, eff. 90 days after May 21, 1976.
