Any application for examination shall be made in a questionnaire prepared by the Board. The examination shall include all such subjects which in its opinion constitute a good formation for the practice of this profession.\nThe applicant shall be bound to pay ten dollars ($10) to the Board by means of an internal revenue voucher in order to be entitled to take it. The Board is not bound to return this amount if the applicant fails in the examination.
