The Board may issue a duplicate of the license to every draftsman whose license has been lost or destroyed, a fact which shall be proved by affidavit to the satisfaction of the Board; and the applicant shall pay the amount of ten dollars ($10) in internal revenue vouchers as the fee to acquire said duplicate.\nHistory —May 21, 1976, No. 54, p. 140, § 29, eff. 90 days after May 21, 1976.
