The Board shall grant a rehabilitation counselor license to any candidate who meets the following requirements:\n(a) Is of legal age.\n(b) Files with the Board affidavits of two (2) members of the community accrediting his good conduct.\n(c) Presents to the Board a diploma or its equivalent from a college or university recognized by the Higher Education Council, showing that he has obtained a doctorate or master degree or a professional diploma in rehabilitation counseling.\n(d) Passes an examination offered by the Board.\nHistory —May 27, 1976, No. 58, p. 167, § 6, eff. 90 days after May 27, 1976.
