The Board shall grant a provisional license to all those persons who are at present practicing as rehabilitation counselors for a period not to exceed two (2) years. Said license shall be renewable every two (2) years, up to a maximum of six (6) years, upon production of evidence of the courses approved leading to a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling.
