The practice of rehabilitation counseling in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction, the person shall be sanctioned with a penalty that shall not exceed six (6) months or a fine which shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) or both penalties.\nHistory —Aug. 16, 2006, No. 160, § 13.
